Course Overview
This course is intended to provide participants with an opportunity to practice and apply BBI (Behavior Based Interviewing) principles and tools. Participants will practice conducting interviews. A team based interviewing methodology can be included if requested.
Objectives
As a result of taking this course, you will learn to:
- Utilize proven Behavior Based Interviewing (BBI) techniques to interview job candidates
- Select and write appropriate BBI questions based on job description, position requirements, required capabilities, and candidate experience
- Conduct interactive Behavior Based Interviews
- Participate in the team structured interview process (if applicable)
