Executive Coaching
Wronski Associates has consistently provided unique development experiences for our clients since 1984 via high-performance, executive, and leadership coaching. This coaching is effective because it creates the appropriate shifts in an individual's leadership performance that drive the results required for organizational success.
The Manchester survey of 140 companies shows nine out of ten executives believe coaching to be worth their time and dollars. The average return was more than $5 for each $1 spent. We understand changing behavior can be uncomfortable and sometimes difficult. That's why we have developed a strategic alliance with the Corporate Coaching Center (CCC). The CCC provides professional, certified coaches specifically chosen for their abilities to develop and improve the leadership behavior required to achieve organizational results.
Through a straightforward process of identifying the goals, determining the strategy and resources required, identifying the behavioral changes necessary, and creating the measurement criteria essential for determining success, an Action Plan is created. The Action Plan becomes the core tool with which each leadership coaching session is focused. All levels surrounding the participants are involved: supervisor or sponsor, peers, direct reports, team and/or group members, and possibly external stakeholders.
This coaching process and the role of the coach create the actions and behavioral changes the leader needs to produce a new level of performance. At all times, sensitivity to confidentiality is respected. Our professional coaches work with your organization to determine the boundaries within each assignment.
Over the years Wronski Associates has partnered with the most effective and innovative specialists in order to provide current, state-of-the-art, performance-oriented services to our clients supplying them with the tools to excel in the ever-changing and challenging marketplace of today.
Our approach to executive and leadership development is simple: change behavior, and you change the results. It's been said time and again: keep on doing what you've been doing, and you'll keep on getting what you've been getting.
Leaders must perform in a manner that influences and develops other leaders around them. Organizations will not grow and prosper with leadership coming only from the top. Senior executives need to continuously improve their effectiveness and impact through the development of strong and lasting leadership within the ranks of their organizations.
“I never cease to be amazed at the power of the coaching process to draw out the skills or talent that was previously hidden within an individual, and which invariably finds a way to solve a problem previously thought unsolvable.”
-- John Russell, Harley-Davidson Europe Ltd.
