Wronski Associates offers our clients more than a wide assortment of classes and the expert instructors to deliver them. We also offer flexibility and scalability, and we embrace technology in the pursuit of our clients' objectives and educational mission.

Our E-learning capabilities have always been on the cutting edge. We continually research and stay educated on new tools, applications, and techniques that allow us to meet the needs of geographically-diverse audiences, audiences of different generations, and participants that prefer various ways to learn. We offer a host of technology-based training (TBT) options.

• Simulations: Working with our partners at Enspire Learning, we offer both onsite and online courses that maximize the learning impact offered through electronic simulations. Through a union of our expert instruction with award-winning simulations such as Executive Challenge or Fluent in Finance, our instructors craft a curriculum specific to your organizational needs. Training that uses simulations such as these allow students to immediately apply and test what they are learning in a safe and extremely engaging environment. The learning and growth developed in class can be applied immediately on the job.
• Self-paced Online Courses: Using applications such as Brainshark, Adobe Presenter, Captivate, Articulate, or a host of other E-learning development tools, we can create SCORM and AICC compliant, self-paced training that can be delivered online via our own Moodle-hosted LMS, via the Brainshark Content Network, or over an organization's own LMS and intranet. Whether you are interested in an off-the-shelf course offering or in a custom-developed solution, we have the experience, ability, and resources to meet your needs.
• Live Online Seminars: We have been offering distant learning courses and seminars to our clients since the late 1990's. We were the first designated Content Provider Partner for Centra Software (now Saba). We have designed and delivered classes online using applications such as Centra Symposium, Lotus LearningSpace, Lotus Sametime, Microsoft Live Meeting, Interwise, WebEx, and LearnlLinc. We offer vendor-neutral training solutions utilizing the technology and applications that are standard within a client's organization.

We are now using the next generation of high-definition, video-conferencing technologies such as Cisco TelePresence to deliver cost-effective training and meet the needs of our clients. Future projects will utilize mobile applications including podcasts and virtual worlds such as Second Life to create a comprehensive training portfolio to meet the diverse global needs of our clients.

• Blended Learning Solutions: Often due to multiple time-zones, participants' technical comfort level, and varying collaboration requirements, the best solutions are ones that can seamlessly blend delivery methods and technological components to maximize each individual's learning potential. Our blended learning solutions, that comprise many of the above components, have the ability to provide maximum business impact with the highest ROI for many globally-diverse initiatives as well as single-site deployments.
• Learning Management Systems (LMS): Many of our clients have their own LMS. However, for those companies that have not yet settled on a solution or for training programs that do not fit an internal solution, Wronski Associates can provide access to our own hosted and managed Moodle LMS. Whether it is a single course being rolled out to a large audience or an extended curriculum for a focused group, our LMS offers the flexibility and accessibility needed for most training initiatives.
