Why is Wronski Associates the best choice for our organization?
Do you offer courses for the general public? No. Our focus is on corporate training. Our training programs are developed specifically for that audience. We will however, provide executive coaching to individuals outside of a corporate structure. Can you provide training for a topic or course not listed on your website? Yes. We have a long tradition of custom developing courses for clients whether it is for particular business processes, leadership initiatives, or custom IT applications. Our website lists courses that are the most mainstream or requested most often. These courses are usually customized for your particular organization and audience. Our network of expert instructors and facilitators will consider any request that comes our way. Can you provide training for a geographically dispersed audience? Yes. We have delivered onsite training in thirty-two countries on six continents. Many of our resources are located in North America, but we do have resources in Europe and Asia as well. All of our instructors are willing to travel and have plenty of experience delivering training to audiences from different countries and cultures. In addition, we can provide live, self-paced, and blended delivery online learning options. My company has many participants to train quickly, can you meet our demand? Yes. For one particular program, we successfully deployed as many as forty-three instructors over a six-week period. We are located in metro-Boston, Massachusetts, USA. What are your E-learning capabilities?We have been delivering E-learning courses since the year 2000. We are not committed to any one platform or technology but rather use the applications that work best for each organization. We have developed and delivered self-paced offerings using applications such as Brainshark and Adobe Presenter (formerly Macromedia Breeze), as well as through clients' custom delivery and development applications. We have delivered live and blended online classes via virtual classroom and collaborative applications including Centra (now Saba) Symposium, Lotus LearningSpace, Microsoft Live Meeting, WebEx, Interwise, and via videoconferencing technology such as Cisco TelePresence. We have custom-developed two Learning Management Systems and can provide learning management capabilities to our current clients via Moodle. We are partners with Enspire Learning. Our partnership with Enspire Learning allows us to develop and deliver a training curriculum utilizing their off-the-shelf simulations such as Executive Challenge along with their custom development capabilities. Do you offer certifications or CEU's?CEU's are available depending on the course and the client's objectives. We offer certificates of completion but we do not offer vendor or association certifications. We offer practical, expert-led, vendor-neutral training. Can you provide training facilities? Many of our courses are offered onsite at a client's facility or at a hotel or conference center contracted by our clients. However, if a training room or training facility is required, we have relationships with third parties that can be leveraged to obtain the training facilities required. Has your organization or the programs you have developed been profiled in any trade journals or have you had any articles published in a trade journal recently? Other than promoting our development methodology, our confidentiality agreements with our clients do not allow us to have our training solutions profiled or published. Many of our instructors and coaches are regular speakers at trade shows and vendor conferences. Many also are authors of books and articles within their areas of expertise. Our own organization and the leadership programs that we develop have not been profiled other than from the perspective and through the initiative of our clients. Our programs are all customized/custom-developed solutions. Each client has a different mix of needs, requirements and objectives. |
