Getting and staying organized while managing your time is often difficult and frustrating. This program will help you increase your productive output, both personally and professionally. You will leave the program with numerous methods and techniques for getting organized and staying that way. You will have more time for truly important activities and be more in control of your time and your life.

Objectives
As a result of taking this course, you will utilize time management tools and techniques for planning and getting control in your life and STAYING organized and in control. You will effectively deal with “time robbers” by: setting goals and priorities, combating procrastination and clutter, successfully and graciously handling interruptions and crises, improving communication and being able to say “No” without hurting yourself or another person, effectively organizing and participating in meetings, and by delegating more effectively.
