Course Overview
Lean operations are those that have minimized the waste that often creeps into business processes. This course covers the five principles of Lean Operations with tools and techniques for implementing each of the five principles. This approach can be applied to any area of the business: engineering, sales, purchasing, service, finance, even human resources. During the course, one process area will be analyzed in depth using lean tools. Improvements will be identified and implementation plans developed. This program is often combined with on-site consulting to assist in the implementation.
