This course is a series of 5 workshops – combining the best of a family of courses – designed to help individuals tap into their inherent energy during periods of change and organizational transition. This course is designed to help increase the productivity and performance of individuals, teams, and organizations through the development of a customized “Energy Management Plan”.
Objectives
As a result of taking this course, you will learn to:
- Identify the personal and organizational “energy-drainers” which reduce the productivity and performance of your team, department, and company
- Create an “energizing” corporate (and cubicle) culture
- Explore the primary causes of energy-shortage in your organization
- Understand the signs and symptoms of personal and professional energy-drain
- Develop and implement strategies and techniques for replenishing energy
- Engage others in a mutually motivational manner
- Deal with personal and professional change in a positive and proactive manner
- Decrease unproductive conflict and tension
- Increase team solidarity and synergy
