This course is a series of 5 workshops – combining the best of a family of courses – designed to help individuals tap into their inherent energy during periods of change and organizational transition. This course is designed to help increase the productivity and performance of individuals, teams, and organizations through the development of a customized “Energy Management Plan”.

As a result of taking this course, you will learn to:

  • Explore the primary causes of energy-shortage in your organization
