Course Overview
Critical Chain project management is a method of scheduling and tracking a project that encourages an aggressive schedule in order to finish a project more quickly.  It utilizes the Theory of Constraints, which have transformed many manufacturing environments, to better manage project buffers and allocate scarce resources more effectively.
