People who need to create web pages.  Course is suitable for both non-technical and technical personnel.

Objectives
Students will learn to create HTML documents using hypertext to support the corporate Intranet and/or the World-Wide-Web.

Prerequisites
Some familiarity with HTML, the WWW, and the available browser are helpful but not required.

  • Templates and Wizards

  • Importing existing pages

  • Overview of HTML: Text, Paragraphs, Lists, Images, Pages, Tables, Hyperlinks, Forms, and Frames

  • Adding, modifying, and formatting text

  • Using Lists

  • Linking web pages

  • Using tables

  • Adding pictures and graphics to web pages

  • Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)

  • Using Forms: text box, text area, button, checkbox, list, image, hidden field, radio button

  • Working with Frames (optional)
