Objectives
The student learns what has changed in DB2 Versions 7 and 8, what has been added in these releases, and how the changes affect the activities that are associated with DB2.
Prerequisites
The student should be knowledgeable of the features of the DB2 Data Base Management System that are relevant for his/her job responsibilities. Classroom access to a set of DB2 Version 9 IBM manuals is desirable but not required.
